Joe Caputo is a Team 91 Long Island alumni who was developed within the 91 program and understands the standard required to compete and succeed at the highest levels of the game. He played collegiately at the University of Tampa before building his career in coaching, events, and program development.

Joe is the founder of Caps Sports Group, a Florida-based event company that runs competitive showcases and tournaments, and the Tampa Bay Breakers, a regional program focused on high-level training and development. He also serves as President of the St. Pete Dragons, where he is actively involved in growing the game at the grassroots level.

Through his experience, Joe has built a strong network across Florida and throughout the national lacrosse community, creating meaningful opportunities for players to be seen, recruited, and developed. He has coached and helped place athletes at the Division I, II, and III levels.

With a deep connection to the Team 91 model, Joe brings a proven ability to build programs, connect players to opportunities, and elevate the overall standard of lacrosse in Florida.
