RULES

Players/Families will be given locker room assignments as they enter the facility. They will be given hard copy waivers. Coaches are responsible to return all waivers to the front desk prior to your first game.

Small field will be a shared space for warm ups (PLAYERS ONLY/Siblings and friends not allowed on this space) . Basketball court will be off limits to all players/spectators/coaches

* Games will be 8 vs 8. @ 2 att, 2 def, 3 mids, and 1 goalie.

*Coaches are not allowed on the Field and a maximum of 3 Coaches on the sideline. No Siblings/friends are allowed on the sideline.

*The use of long poles are NOT permitted in any division. Please remind your players to bring their short sticks.

* Games are 25 minutes running time.

* Games will begin with a faceoff, but after a goal is scored, the opposing goalie/ Player will start with the ball. So just one faceoff per game.

* All substitutions will be done through the box area

* Regular penalties will be enforced, and there will be NO body checking. Please remind the kids of this. Penalties will be served accordingly and teams will play man up/man down for 2026/2027 DIVISION. 

* Each team will have one 30 second timeout (The clock will run) and it cannot be taken in the last 4 minutes.

*If score is tied at the end of regulation it will end in tie.

*Please Have Players exit and enter the Field quickly Due to Time constraints.
